WOOF_Taxonomy :: insert( Arguments $args, Boolean $strip = true )

Returns:

A more readable synonym for the WOOF_Taxonomy::insert to create a term in this taxonomy and immediately update the database.

Example:

Parameters:

  • Arguments $args

    An arguments array of properties for the term. You should supply at least a name and slug for the term.

  • Boolean $strip = true

    Whether to strip HTML from the term name when updating the database.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
