WOOF_Post :: meta( String $meta_key, $single = false )

Returns:

  • String The meta value, if single is true, or an empty string if there is no value for the given key.
  • WOOF_SimpleCollection of  String A collection of values in the field.

Retrieves the value or a collection of values for the given meta_key.

Note: It’s better to use the richer field and set methods in the MEOW classes when retrieving custom field values setup in MasterPress. 

Example:

Parameters:

  • String $meta_key

    The key of the value to retrieve

  • $single = false

    Whether to retrieve a single value or multiple values.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
