MPFT_RelatedPost :: is( Mixed $post, String $type )

Returns:

Overrides the MPFT::is method to allow the first or only post setup in this field to be checked for equality. This is done by forwarding the call on to the WOOF_Post::is method.

Example:

Parameters:

  • Mixed $post

    The “id” to search for – this argument is flexible in that it can be any one of:

    • A post slug – e.g. “about-us”
    • An integer post ID – e.g. 20
    • A WOOF_Post or MEOW_Post object (which will simply return itself).
  • String $type

    The type of post to search for. NOTE: This is only considered when a slug is provided for the id argument.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
