  • WOOF_Silent An object for silent failure, if the user cannot be found.

Retrieves a MEOW_User object for the given id. This method is very flexible in that the id argument can be a number of different values which would uniquely identify a user (see argument description).

Returns a WOOF_Silent object for silent failure if a user cannot be found.

Example:

Parameters:

  • Mixed $id = null

The “id” to search for – this argument is flexible in that it can be any one of the following:

    • An email address – e.g. “[email protected]
    • A user ID – e.g. 2, or even “2”
    • null (not provided). This will attempt to return the current (logged in) user

MasterPress 1.1.4 now available

MasterPress 1.1.4 is now available. This release contains an important compatibility fix for WordPress 4.5 to allow correct detection of the taxonomy term editing screen. Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 3.4, MySQL 5, and PHP version 5.2.4.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
