WOOF :: content_url( String $file = "", Boolean $timestamp = true, Boolean $root_relative = true, Boolean $main = false )

Returns:

Retrieves the URL for a given file path relative to the wp-content directory, or a directory inside blogs.dir for multisite.

Example:

Parameters:

  • String $file = ""

The relative path of the file

  • Boolean $timestamp = true

If true, a timestamp is added to the end of the URL as a querystring, to help prevent aggressive browser caching when the file has changed.

  • Boolean $root_relative = true

Whether the URL is root-relative (excludes the domain and protocol)

  • Boolean $main = false

Specifies if path is relative to the main wp-content directory in the case of a multisite environment, or the root blogs.dir/blogid folder. This can have 2 possible values:

    • false – get a URL relative to the blogs.dir/blogid folder (the main content folder for this site in a multisite network).
    • true – get a URL relative to the top of the wp-content folder.

9th November 2023

MasterPress 1.3.10 is a feature and bugfix release. Workaround for fatal error introduced by changes to WordPress’ wpdb class in WordPress 6.4. Added actions to MPC files upload_field & WF image save_image functions.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
